Liu wei received his PhD in management information systems from School of Economics & Management, BeiHang University, China, in 2007  and  engaged in postdoctoral research, from 2009 to 2012, in post-doctoral mobile stations ofation of JXUFE
He is an IS associate professor , master tutor and Institute of Information Resources Management Faculty Fellow at School of Information Technology
